A lot of people aren’t into making juice because they feel like they need a fancy juicer to make it… I’m here to tell you that that’s not true! As long as you have a blender and a strainer at home, you can do it too! It’s also such a great thing to prep on Sunday so you can have fresh juice to enjoy going into your week.
This green juice recipe is my FAVORITE – it’s incredibly refreshing and delicious. It combines nutrient-dense ingredients like kale and spinach, which are rich in antioxidants, vitamins A,C, and K, and iron to support immunity and energy. Apple, orange, and cucumber also provide natural hydration and a touch of sweetness while ginger adds a natural anti-inflammatory boost and can aid in digestion too! Mint can help soothe digestion and lemon also enhances in detoxification.
All in all.. this juice has it ALL! It tastes good, was approved by my husband, and will make anyone who drinks it feel like a health queen.
