Blueberry Stovetop Oats
A nourishing berry oat bowl that has 17g protein and is packed with fiber and plant based protein.
During a cold winter morning, a nourishing warm bowl of oats is simply so cozy and yummy. On this day, I was craving simple yet unique – packed with plant based protein as well as fiber.
Gluten Free & Dairy Free. Includes Nuts. 17g protein.
Blueberry Stovetop Oats

Ingredients
quick cooking gluten free oats (this is the one I like)
frozen blueberries
fresh blueberries, strawberries and blackberries
almond milk
vanilla extract
hemp seeds
ground flax seeds
peanut butter
Instructions:
Add 1 cup of almond milk (2g protein) to the stove and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add 1/2 cup (6g protein) of quick cooking gluten free oats and move to a simmer.
Keep stirring oats and once it’s a bit more cooked, add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir until fully cooked (about 6-8 mins).
Add oats to a bowl and top with:
fresh blueberries, strawberries and blackberries
1 tbsp hemp seeds (3g protein)
1 tbsp flax seeds (1.5g protein)
1 tbsp peanut butter (4g protein)
