I don’t know about you but I am OBSESSED with squash – I love all types of squash, but one of my top favorites is butternut squash. In this recipe, I take one of my favorite starchy carbs and make it into a delicious healthy “mac and cheese” with 46G PROTEIN!
I really liked how this high protein butternut squash pasta turned out — it’s so warming, cozy, flavorful and fun to make! Perfect for the colder months too 🙌🏼
