I don’t know about you, but there are many times where I only end up using half of a banana for something (as part of banana pb toast, a yogurt bowl, pre-workout snack, etc)… and instead of throwing out the other half, I FREEZE IT!
Why? Frozen bananas can come in handy in MANY ways.
For starters, it’s especially helpful for smoothies, because it adds natural sweetness and helps any smoothie reach the perfect creamy & thick consistency.
However, you can also use your frozen bananas to whip up one of my favorite easy desserts: BANANA NICE CREAM.
