One of my favorite easy healthy recipes is crispy chickpeas – they are SO easy to make, either in the oven or air fryer!
They are packed with fiber but also plant based protein, and when they are roasted or air fried, they get SO crispy and delicious :)
I love having them as a snack with some cottage cheese…
Or adding them to my salads and nourish bowls…

Crispy Chickpeas

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
salt
pepper
olive oil or olive oil spray
paprika
garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 420F (I used air fry setting but you can also bake).
Rinse 1 can of chickpeas, and add to a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Add olive oil spray, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder and mix well with hands.
Air fry for 12-15 min or bake for about 20-25 min, until crispy.
