When I went to visit my family in Sweden, my aunt made a salad like this that I absolutely loved, so I had to recreate it at home.
Cabbage is also such a great cruciferous veggie to add into your meal rotation because it’s packed with vitamins C and K, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium and iron.
This salad is also great for hormone support because cabbage and carrots are awesome foods for hormone detoxification.
