Easy Cleanup Sheet Bake
One of my favorite easy healthy meals to make on a day where I don't have the energy to clean up the kitchen.
A lot of people choose not to cook at home and nourish their body with healthy homecooked meals because they are too lazy or exhausted to clean up.
If that sounds like you, this is one of the BEST healthy hacks that I come back to over and over when I’m not feeling like cooking a whole elaborate thing but still want to nourish my body with a balanced meal.
The best part is that you can make this with any protein, fiber packed carb (like potatoes), and veggies 🙌🏼
Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Nut Free.
Easy Cleanup Sheet Bake
(full recipe and grocery list below)

Ingredients
1-2 sweet potatoes
1 pack of brussel sprouts (whole or shaved)
1 red onion (optional if you don’t like onions)
1 pack of chicken sausage.
hummus
honey
Seasonings
salt
pepper
paprika
garlic powder
extra virgin olive oil
everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Wash your sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts.
Rough chop sweet potatoes into cubes or any other shape you like.
Chop your brussel sprouts into thin slivers. If you want to make your life easier you can also purchase shaved brussel sprouts so you don’t have to cut it.
Roughly chop your red onion and your pack of chicken sausage into coins.
Add all of the ingredients to a baking tray with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and mix well with your hands to make sure everything is evenly coated.
Add to the oven for 25-40 minutes, checking on it occasionally and removing when golden and fragrant. Watch out not to over-cook the sausage!
Add hummus to the base of a bowl (you can also use tzatziki or labneh), top with a drizzle of honey and everything bagel seasoning.
I hope you try this out and love it!
With love,
