Green Quinoa Bowl
Very, very green and very very tasty. Also packed with 50g protein.
As you guys know, I’ve been really liking quinoa recipe recently. I like making a big batch of it on Sunday and then being able to mix and match it in different ways throughout the week.
Quinoa is great because it’s a protein packed grain AND gluten free!
For this recipe, I decided to make a super super green combo that turned out so yummy.
Gluten Free & Nut Free. Includes Dairy. 50g protein.
