I already loved chia pudding because of the high-fiber content, and finding a way to make it higher in protein makes me love it even more. This high protein chia pudding has become one of my favorite breakfasts ever and it’s a great meal-prep-able recipe that I like to make when I know the next day is going to be rushed in the morning.
I also made this every day while traveling and staying in an Airbnb to set myself up for success and stay fueled all morning, so it will continue to be a favorite for me when I am traveling too!
