This is by far one of my favorite easy ways to get a ton of protein in the morning, after a workout or even as a “healthy treat”!!
I personally love the taste but you do need to make sure you use a good quality protein powder and also trust the process and keep stirring until it’s fully combined

High Protein Creamy Yogurt Bowl

ingredients
0% greek yogurt (this is the one I like)
vanilla protein powder (I like BeWell by Kelly and ORA for plant-based option )
blackberries
raspberries
creamy peanut butter
cinnamon
Instructions:
Add 1 cup of greek yogurt (22g protein) + 1 scoop vanilla protein (24g protein) to a bowl and mix together. Keep stirring until fully combined and it has a creamy, mousse-like consistency.
Add a handful of blackberries and raspberries for extra fiber
Add 1 tsp of creamy peanut butter (2g protein) and cinnamon.
This takes less than 2 minutes to make and is so easy and yummy so I hope you try this recipe out and enjoy it as much as me!
