As the weather gets warmer, smoothie bowl season makes a return… and I’m in love with this loaded and balanced açai bowl that is packed with protein AND fiber.
It comes together sooo quickly and is a great breakfast or lunch option — also works well post-workout to fuel your body with goodness.

High Protein + High Fiber Acai Bowl

Ingredients
Frozen açai cubes
1 frozen banana
Chia seeds
Ground flaxseeds
Vanilla protein of coice
Nut milk of choice
Shredded coconut
Hemp seeds
Creamy peanut butter
Blackberries
Instructions:
Combine the smoothie ingredients in a blender:
1 cup frozen acai cubes (2g F, 1g P)
1 frozen banana (3g F, 1g P)
1 tbsp chia (3g F, 2g P)
1 tbsp flax (2g F, 1g P)
1 scoop vanilla protein (24g P)
3/4 cup nut milk
Pour into a bowl and top with:
1/4 cup Love Crunch peanut butter granola (2g F, 5g P)
1 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp hemp (3g P)
1 tbsp peanut butter (4g P)
Large handful of blackberries (1g P,4g F)
