One of Pedro and I’s favorite healthy recipe to make at home is spaghetti squash boats. They are super delicious, nutritious, and filling, AND they can also be customized in many different ways.
For this specific recipe, I decided to use sockeye salmon for a protein boost and also opted for my homemade high-protein creamy pesto as a sauce!
