Stewed Apple Yogurt Bowl
A go-to yogurt bowl combination I can't seem to get enough of.
Gluten Free & Nut Free (depending on granola). Includes Dairy.

Stewed Apple Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients
0% greek yogurt (this is the one I like)
gluten free granola (I use the ones from Purely Elizabeth)
1 red apple
creamy peanut butter
cinnamon
maple syrup
Instructions:
Chop one red apple into small squares, and add to pan on med-high heat. Cover with cinnamon, 1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup and water.
Keep stirring until caramelized and water has evaporated, adding water and cinnamon as needed.
Into a small bowl, combine:
1 cup yogurt (22G)
stewed apples (1G)
1/8 cup GF granola (1G)
1/2 tbsp peanut butter (2G)
cinnamon
