Whenever I go to Erewhon, I pretty much always get one of their combo plates and a must-have is their white bean and kale salad. As an East-coast girlie, learning how to make this at home has been a game changer!
This recipe is sooo nutrient dense and packed with plant based protein. It’s delicious on it’s own and even better if paired with another protein of your choice.
